 GREAT MINDS DISCUSS IDEAS, AVERAGE MINDS DISCUSS EVENTS, SMALL MINDS DISCUSS PEOPLE! 

Sadly most people see only the dust in others, they don’t see GOLDS. Our world is filled with short sighted people who see only obvious in their fellow human beings. These ones hardly discern anything good in others outside their defects, handicap, weakness, inabilities, short comings and lacks. They are ignorant of the fact that if they dig a little further, they may discover a deposit of something good and beneficial. But they choose to be FAULT FINDERS.
We live in a time when we have more faults finders than good finders. We tend to have people who delight in pointing out only those things that are wrong with their fellow humans, than tell them what is right with them. 
The truth is most people know what is wrong with them. What they want to Know is what is right with them and how to get out of their mess. A thief know he’s a thief and he knows stealing is bad, a drunker Know he’s a drinker and he knows drinking alcoholic drink is bad, the only good thing to tell those people is “something good can still come out of you” in spite of their imperfections and unworthiness. 
EVERY BODY CAN BE SOMEBODY GREAT  
there’s a strong man in every weak man; a rich man in every poor man; a champion in every looser; a winner in every failure; an ability in every disability; and a good man in every bad man. 
As humans the greatest good we can do to others is to bring out the best in others by pointing each other to towards their potentials and revealing their riches to them. You can never get the best in any man by pointing out the worst in him! 
“Running people down drains and saps energy. It has never made anybody great” 
Nobody was ever rewarded or celebrated for finding faults.
